The Land of Stories

Can you imagine a world where books come to life? Where the characters and the settings took place in your world? Would you be standing in the magical world of Harry Potter, or would you be caught in the middle of a grisly war? What if I told you this world existed, and despite how much fun it sounds to fly on quidditch brooms, this world is not as fun as it might seem.

This world, the Land of Stories, is changing and changing fast. In this world, places vary from thriving, futuresque cities and massive kingdoms to abandoned towns that are barren and desolate. However, the real question is, who lives in this world and how did they get here.

Many different people and things fill the Land of Stories. From queens to aliens, the Land of Stories has them all. These people come from the books that everybody reads. However, everybody living in this world has started to become restless. They, relive the same story every day, but one day the kingdom of Lavaria decided to rebel against their destiny. Every day, the citizens of Lavaria would be attacked by a dragon, but one night, everyone fled the kingdom before the dragon could attack the next day. This revolt started what is now known as the War of Stories. Many people who were also tired of living in the same place and doing the same thing every day decided to venture into other worlds. This caused confusion on Earth when aliens and flying cows were appearing in children’s storybooks. Many people threw aside the books in disgust and therefore books gradually faded off of Earth. 100 years later, books and the Land of Stories are no more.
